Visitors are "impressed" by this Englewood hotel's "professional" service and "clean, comfortable" rooms (some with a "fantastic view of the mountains") whose "awesome" beds help make up for the "tiny" bathrooms; it's close to a "mall with good shopping and restaurants", though some swimmers are disappointed to find "no indoor pool."
